What happens in The Supervisionary Partnership?

A supportive space to think, learn and grow!

In our Supervisionary Partnership, I’ll create a safe and supportive space where you can bring your questions, challenges, ideas and goals without judgement.

Supervision is a place to think things through, explore your clinical reasoning, build your confidence and learn from your experiences. We’ll celebrate the wins, work through the tricky stuff and make space for the things you’re still figuring out.

My goal is for you to leave supervision feeling heard, supported and a little more confident about what comes next.

Together, we will:

  • Explore your learning goals and professional development needs

  • Celebrate your achievements, progress and milestones

  • Work through complex cases, clinical questions and situations with greater clarity and confidence

  • Build your professional skills, clinical reasoning and confidence through practical guidance and mentorship

  • Develop practical action plans to work through challenges and achieve your goals

Your supervision will be shaped around you: your experience, your goals, the things you're confident with and the things you're still figuring out.

We can work through complex cases, build your clinical reasoning, talk through challenges, develop practical strategies and celebrate the progress along the way.

My aim is for you to leave supervision feeling heard, supported and more confident about your practice.

Spend less time staring at a blank document!

I've spent more than a decade working in occupational therapy, including years running my own private practice.

These templates and resources aren't theoretical documents. They're based on the practical realities of clinical work - writing reports, managing documentation, navigating NDIS and aged care requirements, running a private practice and supporting other therapists.

Who I support

The Supervisionary Partnership provides practical, supportive supervision, mentoring and professional guidance for occupational therapists and allied health professionals at different stages of their careers.

Whether you're a new graduate finding your feet, an experienced clinician working through a complex case, or a sole trader business owner navigating the demands of running a business, supervision can provide a space to think things through, build confidence and develop practical strategies.

New graduates and early career professionals: Starting out as an occupational therapist can be exciting, and overwhelming!

Supervision helps you build confidence, develop clinical reasoning, navigate complex cases, strengthen your report writing and documentation skills, and make the transition from university to clinical practice.

Experienced therapists: Even experienced clinicians need somewhere to take the tricky stuff.

Bring complex cases, clinical questions, ethical dilemmas, challenging situations or areas outside your usual experience.

Supervision provides an opportunity to reflect, strengthen your clinical reasoning, explore different approaches and continue developing your practice.

Allied health businesses: Not every allied health team has access to experienced senior clinicians or dedicated clinical supervision.

I provide practical supervision, mentoring, documentation and report reviews, and professional support to help teams strengthen clinical practice, support their clinicians and maintain quality documentation.

Sole traders private practice owners: Running a private practice involves much more than clinical work.

Supervision and mentoring provides support with clinical decision making, documentation, client relationships, time management, professional boundaries, business challenges and the practical realities of working for yourself.

The Supervisionary Partnership provides a safe, supportive and reflective space for occupational therapists and allied health professionals to talk through challenges, strengthen clinical reasoning and build confidence in their practice.

Whether you're navigating a complex case, developing new skills, facing a professional challenge or simply need someone to think things through with, supervision gives you the space to reflect, learn and grow.

We'll work through the tricky stuff together to develop practical strategies you can take back into your practice.
