I know FCA's are being phased out soon in the NDIS space, but this template has given me so much more clarity and structure on how to write them for the next few months to best support my clients as they move into the next phase of the scheme! Easy to follow and well set out! It even included domains I had not thought of including which is vital to my client's funding needs.
Having worked in the NDIS for a while, I was struggling to adapt to the new changes, keeping my FCA's up to date and just the overall content. Having purchased this template, I can see where I need to improve, sections I need to add and areas I keep but tweak. The flow of this FCA is so logical and easy to read!
